Circular Communications Lab

At the heart of the circular.ie project is a team of researchers working to understand how we communicate and explain circularity and get people to take action on it.

Annual research

Understanding mindsets and how they’re changing

Our core research programme aims to capture and deepen understanding of the Irish publics evolving understanding, perceptions, motivations and barriers to action relating to circular living.

Test and learn

Trialing approaches to understand what works

We design and run a programme of innovative campaigns and activities that helps us understand what motivates and mobilises different audiences to further their understanding and action on circular living.

Translating insights

Making circular easy to understand for everyone

We translate these findings into strategic reports that share the insights and what they mean, and use these to inform the development of toolkits, training and supports that help circular communities grow their engagement.

Sharing knowledge

Working with partners to unlock impact

We share knowledge and work on collaborative projects with a wide range of national and international partners. Our aim is to share our knowledge, our channels and our platform to unlock greater impact and accelerate our shift to a circular economy.
